We can be reached via email, phone (1-888-937-1077), webform (click Submit a Request on our Help Center), or through the mobile app under Help & Support. You can also leave a voice message on our phone line and we’ll get back to you.
When contacting the Support Team, please include the following information in your message:
- The email address you (or the user with the issue) used to log in to Encircle
- A description of the issue
- If there is a specific claim/inspection or report with a problem, include the name of the claim/inspection and if applicable, the report.
The more information you provide, the easier it will be for us to investigate and find a resolution.
If you’re looking for information on your own, we have helpful articles and user guides on our Help Site. If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for there, please reach out!
Sometimes the issue you reached out about will require some troubleshooting and we will ask you for more information such as screenshots or recordings, or for you to try specific actions and let us know what happens. We know troubleshooting can be frustrating or seem like it’s taking a long time, but Support does need this information so that we can find a solution to your issue or pass the details on to our Development Team to fix a bug and get your Encircle working again.
